This recipe is a game changer for the lucky ones who do not need to lose weight and are nut allergic to nuts. It's smooth and full of flavor. You will love it!
Rockin’ Nut Sauce or Dressing
1/2 cup walnuts (almonds, sunflower seeds...)
1-2 cloves garlic, or more, to taste
1/2 cup water, or more, to adjust consistency
1 1/2-2 Tbsps Bragg’s Aminos or low-sodium tamari sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
The longer it sits, the thicker it becomes. Add more water if needed.
How to use it:
Excellent over steamed or raw veggies, whole grains, potatoes, sweet potatoes...
Use as a salad dressing...
