This recipe is a game changer for the lucky ones who do not need to lose weight and are nut allergic to nuts. It's smooth and full of flavor. You will love it!

Rockin’ Nut Sauce or Dressing
Ingredients
1/2 cup walnuts (or almonds, sunflower seeds, etc.)
1–2 cloves garlic, or more to taste
1/2 cup water, or more to adjust consistency
1 1/2–2 Tbsp Bragg’s Aminos or low-sodium tamari
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Optional: fresh herbs, nutritional yeast, or a pinch of cayenne for extra flavor
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
The sauce will thicken the longer it sits. Add more water to reach your desired consistency.
How to use it:
Drizzle over steamed or raw vegetables, whole grains, potatoes, or sweet potatoes.
Use as a salad dressing, dip, or sauce for bowls and wraps.
