How Does It Work?


Are Consultations Remote?
Yes. Consultations will be held either over the phone or online via Skype/Zoom/WhatsApp etc.
Follow-up sessions (if applicable) will be held weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.
What Happens Before We Meet?
Once you decide which plan is the best for you and make your payment via PayPal, you can book your consultation via email.
I will then email you Client Informed Consent Statement which must be signed and returned via email at least 24 hours prior to our meeting.
You will also receive Client Information Form (containing your health history and a food journal for 5 consecutive typical days). This will be the basis for our discussion and must be filled out in full and returned via email at least 24 hours prior to our meeting.



What Happens During Consultations?

We will review your health history, discuss your situation and goals.

I will provide you with objective, evidence-based information, and tailor-made recommendations, including a sample menu.

At the end of our session, we will agree on a specific plan.

After our session, you will receive an email containing Assignments for our next meeting.

Assignments will be discussed at follow-up meetings, successes celebrated, and potential setbacks will be addressed.
