How Does It Work?
Are Consultations Remote?
Yes. Consultations will be held either over the phone or online via Skype/Zoom/WhatsApp etc.
Follow-up sessions (if applicable) will be held weekly, bi-weekly, monthly etc.
What Happens Before We Meet?
After selecting the plan that suits your needs best and completing your payment, you can schedule your consultation via phone or email.
Following this, I will send you a Client Informed Consent Statement via email, which needs to be signed and returned at least 24 hours before our meeting.
Additionally, you will receive a Client Information Form, including your health history and a food journal for five consecutive typical days. It's essential to complete this form entirely and send it back via email at least 24 hours before our session. This information will serve as the foundation for our discussion.
What Happens During Consultations?
During our session, we'll delve into your health history, discuss your current situation, and outline your goals. I'll offer objective, evidence-based insights and craft personalized recommendations, including a sample menu.
By the end of our meeting, we'll collaborate on a specific plan tailored to your needs.
Following our session, you'll receive an email summarizing our discussion, complete with a personalized care plan and assignments for our next meeting. These assignments will be revisited during follow-up sessions, where we'll celebrate successes and address any potential setbacks.
