An excellent way how to cool down on a hot summer day!


What am I saying?! You can have this anti-inflammatory, stunning-looking Cold Brew Hibiscus Tea on any day! Plus, it doesn't require cooking, just add the beautiful hibiscus flowers to water and let it steep.

Cold Brew Hibiscus Tea


Ingredients

  • ½ cup of dried hibiscus flowers

  • 4 cups of water

  • Juice of lime, fresh mint leaves (optional)

Directions

  1. Place dried hibiscus flowers in a large pitcher.

  2. Add 4 cups cold water.

  3. Cover the pitcher with plastic foil and let chill in the fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  4. When ready, strain the tea and discard the flowers.

  5. Pour ice into glasses, add ice, a squeeze of lemon or lime, and some mint leaves, if desired.
