About the Recipe
This Sweet Fire Mustard Dressing or Dip is a bold, flavorful plant-based condiment inspired by Rip Esselstyn’s Engine 2 Seven-Day Rescue Diet. Creamy unsweetened plant milk and Dijon mustard form the base, while cayenne and smoked paprika add a fiery kick, balanced by the natural sweetness of dates. Quick to blend and naturally vegan, oil-free, and gluten-free, it’s perfect as a salad dressing, veggie dip, or sauce for grain bowls, adding both heat and sweetness in every bite.

Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Taste and adjust flavor or consistency by adding more plant milk or spices if needed.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
