About the Recipe
A vegan, oil-free, gluten-free sauce/dressing you will go nuts for!
1/2 cup walnuts (almonds, sunflower seeds...)
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup water, or more, to adjust consistency
1 1/2-2 Tbsps Bragg’s Aminos or low-sodium tamari sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
The longer it sits, the thicker it becomes. Add more water if needed.
How to use it:
Excellent over steamed or raw veggies, whole grains, potatoes, sweet potatoes...
Use as a salad dressing
