About the Recipe
A vegan, gluten-free and oil-free dressing with a zing!
2 tsps onion powder
2 tsps garlic powder
2 tsps cumin powder
2 tsps chili powder, add more for extra spicy
1 tsp sea salt
4 Tbsps lime juice (about 2 limes), freshly squeezed
6 Tbsps tahini
4 tsps maple syrup
4 Tbsps water, or more, to adjust consistency
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Add more chili powder or spices, as needed.
Add extra water for a thinner consistency.
How to use it:
Pour it over steamed veggies, baked/roasted/air-fried (sweet) potatoes, rice, quinoa...
Serve as a dip for raw or lightly steamed veggies
