A good way to get Omega 3 fatty acids. Just don't forget to chew!
1/4 cup (4 Tbsps) chia seeds
1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened
2 tsps maple syrup, optional
Fruits for topping
jars or glasses for serving
Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well.
Let sit for 5 minutes then mix again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.
Cover the jar and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Before serving, give the chia pudding another stir and top with your favorite fruit.
