About the Recipe

Simple, nutritious, and ready in minutes, this Chia Pudding is a plant-based delight packed with omega-3 fatty acids. Creamy chia seeds soak up non-dairy milk to create a smooth, satisfying texture, while a touch of maple syrup adds gentle sweetness. Top with your favorite fresh fruits for a colorful, wholesome breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert that’s as versatile as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (4 Tbsps) chia seeds

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk, unsweetened

  • 2 tsps maple syrup, optional

  • Fruits for topping

  • jars or glasses for serving

Preparation

  1. Pour ingredients into a jar and mix well.

  2. Let sit for 5 minutes then mix again to break up any clumps of chia seeds.

  3. Cover the jar and store in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Before serving, give the chia pudding another stir and top with your favorite fruit.
