Ingredients
1 15-ounce can organic pumpkin purée
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice (OR 1/2 tsp cinnamon)
1/2 cup dates, pitted
16 ounces unsweetened plain non-dairy yogurt
1 cup GF granola (store-bought or homemade)
jars or glasses for serving
Preparation
Place the pumpkin purée, applesauce, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and dates in a blender and process until smooth.
Layer pumpkin mixture, yogurt and granola into jars or glasses and serve.
