About the Recipe
This Almond Salad Dressing is a fast, flavorful way to elevate any salad or grain bowl. Raw almonds blend into a smooth, creamy base, while garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Bragg’s Aminos (or tamari) add bright, savory depth. Nutritional yeast rounds out the flavor with a subtle, cheesy richness. It takes just minutes to prepare, is naturally vegan and oil-free, and can be easily thinned or thickened to suit your needs—ideal for drizzling, dipping, or using as a hearty sauce.
