Ingredients
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 organic orange, zested, then peeled and quartered
¼–½ cup chopped dates, or more to taste
Optional additions:
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup applesauce (for extra sweetness and a softer texture)
Preparation
Rinse the cranberries and add them to a blender.
Wash the orange, zest it, and add the zest to the blender.
Peel the orange, quarter it, and add it to the cranberries.
