Almond Biscotti (10 pieces)
Size: Each biscotti weighs approximately 1 oz (28 g) (depending on slice thickness) and measures approximately 3.5" x #/4" x 1/2" (8.5 cm x 1.9 cm x 1.2 cm).
Ingredients: Almond flour, cornstarch (or arrowroot/tapioca starch), baking powder, chopped almonds, orange zest, water, vegan chocolate.
Contains: Tree nuts (almonds. May contain traces of gluten, soy, or other tree nuts due to shared equipment.
Storage Instructions: Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days. For longer freshness, keep them in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can also freeze cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 months — thaw at room temperature for about 20–30 minutes before serving.
To Recrisp: If desired, place thawed biscotti in a 300°F oven for 5–7 minutes to restore extra crispness. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
