Vegan Pad Seiew

Pad seiew or pad see ew (soy sauce stir-fried noodles) is a popular Thai street food.


Ingredients:

  • Thai seiew sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 6-oz konjac (shirataki) noodles

  • 1/8 tsp chili flakes

  • pepper, to taste

  • 2 cups Chinese broccoli, chopped

  • handful of bean sprouts

  • 4 oz smoked tofu, cubed, pan-fried

Directions:

  1. Boil konjac noodles until cooked.

  2. In a large pan, sauté chopped garlic in water, add Thai seiew sauce, cooked noodles, chilli flakes, pepper, and broccoli.

  3. In a small pan, heat the smoked tofu.

  4. Serve with bean sprouts and smoked tofu.
