Vegan Pad Seiew
Pad seiew or pad see ew (soy sauce stir-fried noodles) is a popular Thai street food.
Thai seiew sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
6-oz konjac (shirataki) noodles
1/8 tsp chili flakes
pepper, to taste
2 cups Chinese broccoli, chopped
handful of bean sprouts
4 oz smoked tofu, cubed, pan-fried
Boil konjac noodles until cooked.
In a large pan, sauté chopped garlic in water, add Thai seiew sauce, cooked noodles, chilli flakes, pepper, and broccoli.
In a small pan, heat the smoked tofu.
Serve with bean sprouts and smoked tofu.
