Vegan, Oil-free, Gluten-free, No Added Sugar

A spicy addition to your salad dressing collection.

Sweet Fire Mustard Dressing or Dip 🌶️


Inspired by the Sweet Fire Dressing from The Engine 2 Seven-Day Rescue Diet by Rip Esselstyn.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, unsweetened plant milk

  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

  • 4 or more Deglet Noor dates, pitted (start with fewer, adjust to taste)


Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until completely smooth.

  2. Taste and adjust flavor or consistency by adding more plant milk or spices if needed.

  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.


Serving Suggestions

Perfect drizzled on salads, in wraps, over air-fried potatoes or corn on the cob, or as a dip for raw veggies and crudités — anywhere you’d like a spicy-sweet kick!
